a leaf, coloured by autumn drops from its tree.

I sit quietly...

a tortoiseshell butterfly flies by my face.

I sit quietly...

a bumblebee lands on a flower by my feet.

I sit quietly...

a Robin serenades me from a nearby branch.

I sit quietly...

a money spider comes to rest on my hand.

I sit quietly...

and see and hear a large skein of geese as they fly by.

I sit quietly...

and hear the whoosh of the sea below me.

I sit quietly.
